It is Christmas time...time of giving...
What a wonderful experience it was to be able to share our joy with a family that needed an extra hand.
We brought to the family of seven homemade goodies, three bikes, at least six presents each, stockings,
and food....three cars loaded to the max!
Thank you to all who contributed! What an overwhelming experience. It is true...it is better to give than to receive!
Merry Christmas

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!
Family Basket Delivered!
We love to leave a Family Basket at the doorstep of a
Magnolia family that could use a little extra cheer!
We try to help fill their pantry so they can focus on important matters that they are facing!
We hope this basket brings them joy!
The Coupon Angels focus this week is a Family of 7 we adopted for Christmas through S.O.S.
With a warm cup of coffee in hand and pages of sales ads from Target, Walmart and
Walgreens, the Coupon Angels divided and conquered!
Walgreens, the Coupon Angels divided and conquered!
The generosity is overwhelming and this will be a Christmas to remember!
We are gathering gifts and will be delivering to the family on the 20th.
We have toys, clothes, shoes, trinkets, stockings, bikes, food and candy to give.
We are very savvy shoppers you know!
Also, we have 5 Bibles for each of the children, 16, 13, 12,10 and 8
personalized with
their names embossed.
I hope this makes them feel special.
I hope we are all
blessed
blessed
with
God's
Grace
this Christmas!

The Coupon Angels Adopted Christmas Family HO-HO-HO!
The Coupon Angels have asked S.O.S. to give us a family to adopt for Christmas.
http://www.societyofsamaritans.com/
Our family is a local Magnolia, Texas family with a single Mom and Grandmother with 5 children.
We will be delivering the gifts on the 20th or 21st to the family.
Here is our list:
16 year old-Female: board games, puzzles, and a 24" bike
13 year old-Female: she likes stars, hair ties, jewelry box, board games and a 24" bike
12 year old-Female: she likes sports, arts, crafts and cooking
10 year old Boy: He likes wrestling, video games, drawing and needs a 20" bike
8 year old Female: she likes Barbies, games, art
We also have the clothing sizes for the kids.
It also would be nice to have a Stocking for each one...(my kids love to open their stockings every Christmas Morning)
For the Mom and Grandmother there is no list of wants but we thought it would be nice to give "family gifts" such as towels, kitchen towels, basket of toiletries, and any variety of useful household items. Also devotional books, The Bible or any encouraging words of faith would be a great gift.
A grocery store gift certificate would be a thoughtful gift also.
So...........we are so excited and underway organizing which Coupon Angels takes care of which child!
We would love to have you come help! As you can see "It takes a Village" to provide for this family at Christmas. And we have a strong Village of loving and giving Moms in our area.
We are meeting Monday Morning the 13th at Starbucks 9:00am to organize and shop.
If you can not make it Monday, call, text, email, facebook, or just swing by and I will share with you our list of needs.
I know this family will have a blessed Christmas and I pray they feel the love and generosity of our community as we band together.
When we come together as a group we can make a powerful difference!
I have witnessed the generosity for almost one year of the Coupon Angels! Every week I am amazed!
Let's have an Amazing Christmas together!
Thanks to Donna H for spearheading this loving project.
